Zazzle manufactures and ships from California. They have a huge range of stuff, and all the designs are customizable by you. I've also repeated a few of these designs at Printfection, just to try to get a feel of other Print on Demand services. (Hey, I'm new to this grubby capitalism stuff. I had a real job before).
